  • How can I contact Customer Care?

    Please email helpme@hedonia.co.uk, we will respond within 24hours. If you would like someone to ring you please leave your number.

  • How do I place an order at www.hedonia.co.uk?

    Please select the items in the size and colour you require and add them to your shopping basket. Once you are ready to checkout click on the shopping basket and follow the simple steps to place your order. If however an item is sold out you may able to preorder (sale items cannot be preordered)

  • Can I place an order by phone?

    We can process orders by phone during office hours ( Monday-Friday 9am to 5.30pm). If this is an option that you wish to choose please email helpme@hedonia.co.uk with your phone number and someone will contact you.

  • I have seen a product but it no longer seems to be in stock

    We do advice you act quickly on your favourite items, as some of our popular products will run out very quickly. Most styles are limited but please email us at contact@hedonia.co.uk and we will be able to tell you if its coming back into stock. Our styles are always being updated so please check the Whats New section.

  • HAS MY ORDER BEEN SHIPPED OUT YET?

    Once you have placed an order you will receive an email informing you of your purchase, as soon as your order has been approved and dispatched you will receive a final email letting you know that your goods are on its way.

  • HOW DO I RETURN AN EXISTING ITEM?

    If you are not satisfied with your item or would like an exchange for different size or colour, you will need to notify us within 14 days of your purchase via email at helpme@hedonia.co.uk Please bare in mind we can only offer exchanges on items based on stock availability. We must receive the item within 14 days of purchase, in its original condition along with the receipt and tags in place.

  • WHAT IS PRE-ORDER?

    With the pre-order option [bottom left of the website] you will gain priority on the specific item. Please note you will have to pre-pay for this service. When the item is in stock you will receive an email notifying you. If you wish to cancel, you must notify us within 7 days of purchase.

  • WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES?

    Shipping rates will depend on which service you require. A signature is essential upon receiving the delivery. The following options are available:


    • • Standard delivery 2-3 working days (Monday-Friday excluding bank holidays) £4.10
    • • Next day delivery on orders placed before 3.00pm (Monday-Thursday excluding bank holidays) £5.95
    • • Saturday delivery (Friday before 3.00pm) £8.95
    • • Ireland delivery 2-3 working days (Monday-Friday excluding bank holidays) £10
    • • European delivery 5-7 working days (Monday-Friday excluding bank holidays) £15
    • • Rest of the world 5-10 working days (Monday-Friday exluding bank holidays) £30
    • • Free standard UK Shipping on orders over £75.00
  • WHAT IF I FORGET MY PASSWORD?

    When signing in you will see an option asking if “you have forgotten your password”. We will email a temporarily password within 24hours.
